​Jon Buzby is the Director of Media Relations for Special Olympics Delaware. In that role he oversees all media inquiries and the creation and dissemination of information to media sources, including press releases, photographs and other pertinent materials to ensure successful outreach to print, Internet, radio and television media outlets. He appears often on radio and television on behalf of the organization.

He also has oversight of the organization's two websites, which includes overall development, daily editing, and ongoing upkeep of news and information. He oversees all public relations efforts involving corporate sponsors, small businesses, and other nonprofit agencies. In addition, he is responsible for the recruitment and management of over 100 schools that participate in the program.

Jon is an award-winning writer whose columns appear in newspapers and magazines around the country, and also on a variety of websites. Locally, he is the sportswriter for the Newark Post. 

He is on the radio broadcast team for the Fox Sports 1290 High School Football and Basketball Games of the Week and co-hosts two weekly radio shows, "Sports JaM" and "First State Football."​
