Communication Graduate students interested in taking the
Communication internship course should first find an internship location. After securing an internship, graduate
students should discuss their assignment with their faculty advisor. If the internship is approved, the graduate
students should complete the internship contract with their faculty advisor,
have their internship location supervisor sign the contract, and give their
completed contract to the department Chairperson. If approved, the course will be added to the
graduate student’s schedule by department staff.
Three credits may be taken as a graduate level Internship (COMM664), where a student can have a very important learning experience with a business typically within commuting distance of campus. For the Internship Contract please click here.
